Hi! I’m Bailey! 

I bet you’ve never met a bird who’s as smiley as me. I arrived at MAARS a couple of years ago with my friends Donnie and Chester and I’ve been smiling ever since. The Landing is pretty great because I have this big flock of cockatiels as friends now, and I got to meet my new best buds Milo and Luke here too. Life is soooo good now, I get to fly around and do all my bird things and hang out with all my friends. Sometimes I’ll even let the humans give me scritches, and they even back off if I’m not feeling like it. That’s the really great part about The Landing, I get to choose what I want to do and what I don’t want to do, and everyone respects my choices. Everything is really wonderful here!

Bailey is a gregarious man who began to thrive with MAARS. He was scared at first but has since settled into the avian and human flock, and ALWAYS seems happy. He might not always want his head scratched, and if he doesn’t, he tells us gently with his beak, still with a smile on his cute little face. Hanging out on a perch from the ceiling, chewing on shredder toys, checking out a new potted plant, or chilling with his flockmates, his endless smile warms the room.
