Murphy came to MAARS as a surrender. He was adopted out and re-surrendered when the life situation of his new family changed, and they decided not to keep him. Murphy is one of our quieter birds who is still learning to interact socially with the flock and the MAARS team.

Murphy is a Citron Cockatoo; a medium-sized parrot whose costs for food, toys, and medicine are approximately $45 per month or $540 per year.
